Development of a novel system for the restoration of cultural heritage, specifically designed to fit the requirements of Cultural Heritage of the Mediterranean Basin.
OPERHA project work will include technical research about materials and structural systems.

OPERHA project will also include a strong research effort on socio-economic topics, architecture and cultural dimensions.

- Creation of new high level jobs, in the field of monuments rehabilitation
- Indirect promotion of Cultural Tourism by contributing to the conservation of monuments
- Minimisation of aesthetic impact of the traditional restoring interventions in degraded post-industrial areas of Mediterranean cities
